Is it possible to get the related types of a railingtype such as Rail Structure and Baluster Placement through Revit API?

Thanks for your reply,but I cannot get any parameters of Rail Structure&Baluster Placement from Revit LookUp.the Storagetype is None, the Built in param shows in Revit LookUp returns null while i try to get it by coding.

That is very important research and actually answers the question.
Unfortunately, this information is not accessible programmatically.
As you can tell, the Revit API parameter storage types are limited to simple data types.
In this case, Revit is storing something more complex internally, and that cannot be read through the Revit API, so there is probably no way to access it programmatically at all.
