Face curve loop last and next point

I don't understand why if I get top face from a curve wall and then get all edge .

The end point of curve and first point of next curve are not in same place....there is differences in last number. Here you can see last three number 655 and 612 (its not reversed curve problem)

then I can't get closed curve loop ...

Any solution or it is bug?

You need to implement a fuzzy comparison operator,  since real-valued coordinates will almost never be exactly equal.
