External Tools Add-in is disabled

I started Revit 2016 API in a new laptop, by "Hello World" API using the following link:

Walkthrough: Hello World

But As It can be seen in the picture, External Tools is turned off. Also, I tried to solve it by searching similar questions of the forums that my problem does not solve.

Dear Naveen, thanks, I have the same problem, but my laptop's graphic card is RADEON. The webpage you recommended is the setting of NVIDIA graphic cards. Also, the last update of driver software is instaled today.
