export element's parts to ifc as building elements

Hi everyone.
Is there a way of exporting to ifc wall's or roof's parts as individual building elements?

What I need is to have each part of a wall as a wall and not a part of a wall. (see attached file).

I have a very complex solution with lots of code,  but does everyone knows if is there a simple way of doing it using IFCExportOptions or other revit API class that I'm missing?
