Hi All! I am after an example on creating a custom version of this panel that pops up when creating pipes. I did read in one post that it might not be possible unless you go the WPF route, but want to ask and get a definitive answer from the team!

Does not have such feature in the main Revit API.
The only way as I know is using WPF and some method in the UIFramework or UIFrameworkService. Theses Autodesk libraries does not a documentation and no support.
I don't know what do you want to do in there, most at the time is safer and easyer not messing with theses kinda of stuff.
The last time I tried something in there, was too messy and I never finished a working sample. 🥲
