Editing Revit Macro code and getting .NetFramework v4.5 error

I have started a Revit Macro (application mode) and trying to edit it in Visual Studio 2019.

At opening the solution file I get this error:

02.PNG

It seems to me that I have v4.5 installed already. Here's a snapshot of Visual studio when I have another solution open:

01.png

Trying the 'Download' option will go to Microsoft website and the downloaded installation says that this version is already included in your Windows.

If I upgrade the solution, then it will give me error in Revit.

How can I solve this?

Thanks,

Yes, but notice there is a version 4.0 and a version 4.0 Client profile.

For 4.5, there is only one version.  I'm not sure what the "client profile" means, but it looks like you need to install the 4.5 Client Profile.

I did a quick search on this. Apparently v4.5 Client profile has been discontinued.

I can't find it anywhere.

I'm just wondering if anybody else has the same problem.
