I want to show a particular 2d view within a particular 3d view. My current solution is to export the 2d view as a DWG, then immediately link the DWG back in to the model, and hide the import symbol in all views except for the one 3d view I want to see it in. The result looks like this:
Is there a better way to achieve something like this? Ideally I'd want the visualization of the 2d view in the 3d view to automatically update to changes made in the 2d view, rather than having my own 'refresh' button that re-exports the 2d view, and reloads the link.
