Is there any way through the API to create a Mass Floor from a level and a mass, and or create a scope box and assign a level to it? I don't see anything obvious under ActiveDocument.Create.

Hi I know this is a very old post but , I am facing the same question now, I know the API is not able to create in place massing in the .rvt environment. So I have created a massing in the .rfa family editor, import it into revit .rvt project environment. I am trying to create mass floor for the In place Mass.

So in the Revit UI you can easily to that but using the mass floor tab on the toolbar.

But I want to do it using the API, that is to create mass floor for my in place massing according to the levels in the .rvt project. I tried to access the Mass Floors parameter of the in place masssing but to find that it is empty ! Although the parameter is "read only : false" but there is nothing I can do to it to activate this parameter.

Anyone out there can help me ? Is there no way to create Mass Floor for the in place mass using revit api ?
