Create phase method

Hello everyone!

I wanted to ask if anybody has found any method that would create a new project phase?

Dear Smr,

The Revit API currently does not offer any method to create a new Autodesk.Revit.Elements.Phase.

We have an open wish list item for that.

i think you can do that in 2016

This would indeed be handy. I have looked through the Revit API help for 2017 and can find no reference to Create or anything like it. Don't take that as definitive, but it does not look hopeful.

Please encourage others to vote for that request as well in order to raise its priority. Whenever you require a new or enhanced Revit product or Revit API functionality, the Revit Idea Station is the place to go. The Revit Idea Station is currently one of the main driving input forces for Revit API enhancements. The Revit development team looks there. Your comment here in the discussion forum might be overlooked. Thank you!

Thanks, Jeremy. There's only 28 votes for it since the wish item creation in 2017. Clearly not very needed.

I think 28 is not that bad, and enough to get the development team's attention.. I don't know how many it needs to receive highest priority, though.
