Hi,

when i try to create a new structural model, the system said "unknown error during access to C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RVT2020\Templater\Italy\StructuralAnalysis-DefaultITAITA.rte"

I've already unlocked the visualization of hidden folders, but nothing has changed

Are you creating the new project manually in the user interface of programmatically using the Revit API?

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.
