Classification Manager can not be installed

i tried to install classfication manager in the website:https://interoperability.autodesk.com/classificationmanager.php. but when i click the download, it just point to the home page. someone knows why please?

i am using an educational trial. is this the reason?

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

So, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to system requirements, installation, product setup, optimisation, usage or other end user support issues here.
