Change parameter and apply it to the model

Hello, i am a Revit API developer

I created some parameters based on a model in family document. If I want to modify the parameters in the Revit interface, when i click the Apply button on the interface and the model can change accordingly，as shown in the figure

Now I can't capture the click application operation event. Is there a solution?
