Category Confusion - Pipe fittings vs Pipe accessories

I have been squeezing my brains out to know what are all the components that should be called Pipe fittings and Pipe accessories in Revit. Since Revit is all about categorization, kindly let me know what's the difference between those two categories and list me with entire list of components with their category

I'm not an MEP expert but from what I've seen they are fairly similar but the fittings are joins between pipes (bends/crosses/tees) whilst the accessories are more complex (such as valves).

Not to be confused with plumbing fixtures such as your tap or your sink???

Isn't a tap the same as an end cap with an integrated valve?

All this specific functionality for MEP but in structures they still don't bother to distinguish a beam from a brace or a side rail.
