I am looking to create a new type of Area Plan, more like a District plan, and I cant use the existing Spatial Element Types (Area, Room, Space, Load Area). I would prefer to categorize it in a new type all together, with preferably its own boundary line type, color scheme etc.

I am not sure if this is possible, but I would like to believe it is. if you have any suggestion, please let me know.
