Can't access ADN Support any more.

HI Guys.

I have just gone on to log a support question through ADN and I'm getting redirected to my subscription centre where I can download my products etc.  I'm need urgent help and I can't find out how to do that any longer through the new web pages. 😞

Please any assistance would be apreciated.

Look up the top right, you should see support

I know nothing about the admin side of things, so I cannot help you with that.

You can submit your urgent issue right here though, and we can pick it up immediately.

Maybe best to start a new thread for that, though, so you can name it appropriately.

HI Jeremy.

The nice people at Autodesk ADN Asia got me sorted :).  

The issue is a bit commercially sensitive so I didn't post on this public forum, but basically we are seeing issues with Revit Crashing when users edit some families, when we are using an External Resource for Keynotes.  It is very random and very odd.

The case ID for it is.

Case ID: 10792552.
