Call out section view override

I have two houses I've created in the same project. I am creating a detailed dormer section view. To avoid creating multiple dormer section views (notes, dimensions, etc.) for each house. Can I override call out to mimic the call out numbers on another section view?

I'm not sure if I explained this well. Feel free to ask me questions. 

All I need is to manually override the blank call outs in one section to show specific numbers.

If you already have a section that will work in the other location, start the section tool, then on the ribbon use Reference other view and point to the existing section.
