Building cooling load (RTS method)

Can anyone help me on using Revit 2016 to estimate building cooling load using RTS method?

1. Under which section can I access it? Is it under the energy analysis section?

2. Can I access it with my student license? 

3. Is there any useful tutorials on this website or on youtube or anywhere else?
