BIM Interoperability Tool - Error with Excel Export

Hi Team,

 

I ran the Model Checker tool in BIM Interoperability Tool and the tool ran successfully. I am able to see the report in excel format and also able to copy and paste in Excel using "Copy" option. But when I am trying to export the report into excel format, it is hung up for about 15-30 mins and getting a error message as shown below,

 

The export failed with the message 'Could not load file or assembly 'PWRevitDocStorage9, Version-100_3.262, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=4bf6cg6B266e5Bd4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified!

 

I am using Revit 2018.3 and the BIM IO Tool version is 7.0.6915. Any help is appreciated. Thanks again in advance !! @Anonymous

Unfortunately, this is not the best place to ask such a question.

 

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

 

Therefore, if you are not programming anything yourself using the Revit API, this is not the right place for this question.

 

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.

 

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

 

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-api-forum/this-forum-is-for-revit-api-programming-questions-not...

 

The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us programming nerds.
