Best Obfuscation Option

Hello everyone,

QUERY:

In this occassion I would like to know which is the best way for obfuscating .dll assemblies
files. If its possible a free option. I'm relative new to coding. It seem like it has been a long time ago since the last post about obfuscating Revit assemblies.

CONCLUSSIONS SO FAR:

ConfuserEx (Free): Looks that chokes on references to the assembly RevitAPI.

babelfor.net (under payment): I saw in Darens blog that it was free, but it seem that was years ago. The demo version looks that works, but I haven't success in renaming Methods.

dot. OBUSCATOR: In testing process.

Hello,

I'm not having any success with the obfuscation with the dot. OFUSCATOR. It seems like I'm using the free option that dosen't work properly with dlls.

Does someone has used Obfuscar?: https://obfuscar.codeplex.com/workitem/list/basic    Looks a fine option, but I don't know how to use from my amateur coding profile.
