My organization has a plugin for Revit and the users are able to input certain configuration parameters that are stored in a user.config file and it is typically saved in the following location:
C:\Users\{User}\AppData\Local\Autodesk,_Inc
We recently had a user who uses AWS Workspaces and their user.config files don't seem to be saving. So every time they open the particular version of Revit, they have to re-enter the information. Does anyone know if this is related to AWS or have any ideas on how to address this?
