Automatically place spot coornidate based on pile point on Revit

Hi everybody,

I've used Dynamo on my work recently

I have question for you

Is there any way to place spot coordinate in Revit?

I have a lot of pile and the owner want me to put the coordinate on every pile like the pic

I don't know how to put Spot Coordinate in Revit via Dynamo

Please give me some direction
