i have a simple question for you 😄 is there any special license for developers? i mean if we can get access through a particular license for those who develop revit plugins using revit api.

You can join ADN, the Autodesk Developers Network.

It has a price, however.

As an ADN member, you have free access to all Autodesk software you need for your development efforts:

I might purchase the ADN license you showed me before. With ADN STANDARD any of my 5 developers have got access to a Revit license for testing purposes?

Yes, as far as I understand. Please contact the ADN administrators if you want to double check.

BTW ADN membership has a free tier as well if you don't need support.
