An unrecoverable error has occurred. Now be terminated, when syncing

Hi this has been happening quite a few times. Ive synced the same file earlier in the day and it worked i just tried to sync and it fails at reloading the latest and then i get this error:

Luckily it saved my local but when i opened my local and try to sync it I keep on getting this error. HELP!!

Is this error related to an Add-In or some API work that you are doing? If not, this is not the help forum you need.
