Ability to change Primary Design option in an Design Option Set

Hi,

 

We need to change the Primary design option of a Design Option set via API. We know that it's being tracked as part of ticket CF-66. Can we know what the status of it is?

Respectful bump for this one. 

Does anyone know where I can see the issue tracker page (if its available to us that is) where CF-66 is tracked?
