Steps to reproduce
Usually in the evening local time (mid day EST for US) the forum's visitors load seems to be high enough for the server to become unresponsive. The problem seems to be less frequent when US folks sleep.
Expected results
The forum should have much of its assets cached locally and minimize the amount of new data transferred for each new page, so that the page loads fast(er) and not block the browser.
Actual results
Page loads text reasonably fast but then it takes a lot of time to load the JS that powers the layout and apply the magic the makes the forum work (hyperlinks for example). Afters a while the browser shows a dialog to the user notifying about the unresponsive page and prompting to close it or way for it to recover. This applies to any* browser on Windows 11/10.
