"My Drafts" are not available from "Community Blog"

Steps to reproduce
When I click on the "My drafts" link on the Resources sidebar of the "Community Blog," I am taken to a "My drafts" page, but no drafts are shown. There should be about 28 drafts. This seems to work correctly for one other author that I checked with. As a test,
I created a new post and saved a draft, which neither shows.
The "My Contributions" link works properly. It had been broken for about a year.
The same problem in Windows Edge and Android Edge


Expected results
I should see 28 drafts.


Actual results
I see no drafts. I cannot edit and submit if I can't see them.
