Move "new idea" button up so users can actually find it

 

  • The "new idea" button is buried down on the page where it is hidden.
  • The placement is illogical an not intuitive. 
  • This needs improvement.
  • I had to zoom out to 33% on this page, just to be able to show where it is currently.
