Home/Reporting Is Unresponsive

Steps to reproduce
Using MS Edge, Firefox, and Chrome, as an administrator I have been unable to access most of the Reporting features as well as the admin's Home page. Instead I see a near-blank white screen with a few grey rectangles with a racing white stripe. Seems the issue became common after the redesign?

Expected results
For the webpages to load.

Actual results
I see a near-blank white screen with a few grey rectangles with a racing white stripe.

This issue seems to be isolated as I am unable to reproduce. Are you still experiencing this issue?
