Failing to unsubscribe

Steps to reproduce
I clicked the unsubscribe button and it says I don't have sufficient permission to unsubscribe to the email.

Expected results
To be insubscribed from forum notifications. I don't want to hear the spam any more, especially when it's stupid answers mixed with insults and whining.

Actual results
I get a screen that says I don't have sufficient permission

Sorry you are experiencing this error. To unsubscribe:
1. Click your avatar in the top right hand corner of the header.

2. Click on 'Forum Preferences' under 'My Community'

3. Click on 'Subscriptions & Notifications' 

4. Checkmark the post that you want to unsubscribe

5. Click 'Email Subscription Options' then 'Delete Selected Subscriptions'
