Clicked a link in a forum post that was suggested as a soluiton

Steps to reproduce
See the link I included below. When I click the post that "blair" posted in message 2 of the thread, a new page opens and I get an access denied page.

Expected results
I expect to be able to access the page

Actual results
"Access Denied
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action. Click your browser's Back button to continue."
