not loaded rendering in HTML 360 degrees (turntable) what could be the reason?

Do you mean turntable cannot play on your browser? Could you let me know what the browser you used?

Play can, and I can not download it. Can download only zip or video

Could you elaborate the problem? Is there any error message pop? or nothing happen after  you click on the download as html?

Could you debug the problem like this:

1. open the browser's debug page by click F12.

2. switch to network tab

3. try download html file

4. check the debug page, if there is any error

5. share the screenshot of the debug page to let us check it.
