Hello,

Seems you lost the connection to the website while downloading ReMake.

Please download ReMake directly using the following link:

http://efulfillment.autodesk.com/NET17SWDLD/2017/MMNTO/DLM/Autodesk_ReMake_1723038_Eng_Win_64bit_dlm...

Do let us know in case of any issues.

Regards,

Devang

Hello Sinisa,

While we take a closer look at your contract details, can you please confirm that the user name you registered with Autodesk (using which you bought the contract) and the user name used to sign-into ReMake is one and the same ?

Thanks,

Devang

Hi again,

Yes I can confirm that I'm using the same account.

I just sign out and sign in again to be sure.

Recap 360 Activation was successful with the same account, and I bought the contract day after day.

Both Recap and ReMake are on my Order history:
