Student Cloud Credits

Hi there,

I have a student version of Remake.

When I try use cloud credits for a "ultra" quality model it says I do not have enough cloud credits.

I thought student accounts had unlimited access to cloud credits?

Same here.

I am unable to render in ultra quality as the cloud credits are unusable for student licence in remake.

I also tried to find how I could purchase cloud credits without success. In autodesk account management, there is no ways to get credits.

Doesn't Autodesk want users to use their products or take our money ?

We fully understand the critical nature of this issue and the need of fixing it thereof. 

We have zeroed in on the reason and have a solution in the wings.
An update will be published in a matter of days. 

For purchasing cloud credits, please do the following:

1. Log into Autodesk account from: https://accounts.autodesk.com/

2. Click on the Reporting icon and then on 'Get cloud credits' button for the required contract.  

3. Follow the on-screen instructions thereafter.

Hello,

We have release a service pack that fixes the issue with EDU licenses requiring cloud credits.

ReMake service pack (for version 17.23.0.38) is available to users via Autodesk Desktop App which is installed along with ReMake. 

Alternatively, the service pack can also be downloaded and applied directly to ReMake (version 17.23.0.38) from:

http://up.autodesk.com/2017/MEM/ReMake2017_UPD1_v17.23.1.69.msp
