Error after processing images

After uploading my pictures to the cloud, ReMake starts processing the 3D model.

After a while it stops and in the Cloud Drive it only says "Error" with the model name behind.

There is no explanation what has happened, what the error is.

 There are enough pictures (110) and the model shouldn't be too complex.

Do you have any suggestions?

hiya

if this keeps on happening, the first thing i can think of is that your cloud drive is full and that it cant accept th enew images as it has no space

to check, go to 360.autodesk.com

check your space

if full - please download and delete the files and make sure you empty the trashbin

I get the exact same issue too. I can confirm that this is not a cloud storage issue. I have 60GB of space remaining. 

What happens is that I submit the photos, they upload fine, and then the model processes and eventually gets stuck at 99% (today it sat there for about 6 hours). Then tonite it finally gave me the "Error:  MyModelName" message beneath the image on my cloud drive.  I think this may have been after I rebooted the program... prior to that it was still hung on the 99%.

I have processed several other models just fine during this time. It's only this particular set that seems to give me grief.  It's a relatively small set of photos (59 in total), but they are extremely detailed jpegs. Each photo is 6000x4000 and about 20-25 MB each. Not sure if the detail or file size is the issue. But would be nice to have this set complete. I think I've tried this four times now and every time I get the same result.

I'm having a similar issue - I will upload the photos fine, it will build the mesh fine, but then hang on the Register step before failing with no error message other than that it failed. It happens whenever I try to do Ultra settings. I've been able to make a mesh from the same photo set, and the exact same settings, except using Standard quality instead of Ultra quality. I've tried about 4-5 times to do this, and it fails at the same step every single time. I'm currently using a Trial version of ReMake, and I have 4.9 GB out of 5.0 GB available on my Cloud Drive.
