Hi,
Is your object/scene correctly scaled in real world coordinates? RCP file format is optimized for terrestial scanners, hence we now sample the mesh based on a fixed denisty (to mirror real world laser scanner). This behaviour is different from earlier versions where we were scaling the object to get a dense point sampling.
If the export still not working in spite of setting the scale then that would be a bug and we will post a patch as soon as we identify the cause.

In order to better understand the issue, could you please clear the cache / history of the browser(s) you are using and then launch Memento and check for updates again ?

Memento works great for me. The only issue I have is when I try and export a 3d model and choose to Rebake the textures to a higher resolution. Any time I choose rebake and export, memento takes 100% cpu for awhile and finishes without error. But the export isn't created. A folder with the name is created, but no models or textures are found. I've tried this multiple times with 3 different models on the current version as well as the previous release.
Preserve textures exports just fine, but rebaking to any texture size does not write the file to disk. I am saving to both a server and locally. Tried exporting to a couple of formats, obj and fbx. Nothing ever works unless I leave it set to preserve textures. I'd love it to rebake textures without exporting a whole model as well, but I'd be happy enough getting the existing functionality to work as intended.

Could you please test replacing two DLLs from the zip file below in the Memento install folder and try rebake again?

We were able to repro the issue on few datasets and the above DLLs fixed it. Let us know if this works for you too. We will roll out an update soon with other bugs fixes along with this one.

The replacement of the dll's didn't work for me.
I still get the same output.
The model is a simple scan from ItSeez3D.
Obj file is about 7.3 mb

I scaled the model up to 50mm,
but output is the same. (done with the new dll-files)
Face count is 2,746,670 (no decimation). 1 to 2.7M. With preserve textures checked, it exports a model to about 127mb
I've tried exporting to FBX and OBJ. Again, it grabs all available cpu and goes through the "exporting model....xx%" dialogue so it seems like its working, then it just says error creating model at around 70%. Without Rebake texture checked, it goes to 100% and exports just fine.
I believe this also happens to me on my home machine. I'm not sure I'll be able to check this over the thanksgiving break.

A few days ago I suffered a crash on save and lost a few hours work. I completely uninstalled and reinstalled the software. Since then I have been very cautiously saving my work in versions should I run into the bug again. I have spent two and a half days working on the same project and finally it occurred again. I was disappointed but not too worried since I had a previous revision to go back to. Remake will not load any of the previous versions, it has been writing broken files the whole time! The error I get on opening is "could not read mesh" I tried reinstalling and on two computers.
