Currently, the minimum permissions needed to share an RCP file for viewing are View+Download. Would it be possible to allow RCP files to be shared for viewing with only "view" permissions, so other users cannot download the file?
To add to this, similar to Navisworks, it would be nice have an option for an expiry date so that the data becomes unreadable after a specific date. This will also then assist in ISO 9001 compliance.
