Remove the double functionality for the Shift key when placing dimensions

Improvement idea:
In the current implementation, the Shift key is used both for 3D orbiting (Shift+Middle Mouse Button) and to toggle the dimension types when placing a dimension.
This seems to be a bit confusing and inefficient, so a very good idea would be to change the dimension type toggling from the Shift key to another key and leave the Shift key just for 3D navigation.
