Recap Pro's Command Line Mode (Decap) - Noise Filtering

Upon running batch processes, I have noticed that Decap seems to be running a standard noise filter to the conversion of files (specifically speaking e57 and fls files at the moment, assuming this applies to all files through decap). Recap offers the ability to select minimal, standard, or aggressive noise filtering. Decap, however, does not seem to offer such an option. Are there any hidden [option] commands (or the ability to add them since they already exist in Recap) which would allow the user to keep all the data (minimal noise filtering) when converting to rcp files using Decap?

You mean this knowledge article doesn't give you a full and complete explanation of how to use this product? LOL

I feel like we users are the Beta testers on this one.
