Mirror Balls the same color as the Scan Locations
It would be nice to give the Mirror Balls the same color as the scan location (still transparent though). So it would be easier to identify from which scans faults in overlaps are coming from during cleaning of the scans. Maybe its also nice for the elevation and (the average) intensity.
And when you select a location, make it so the points are highlighted from that scan. It makes it hard to know which locations you are seeing overlap.
FARO SCENE works this way from the "visual" registration tab. This allows you to manually rotate and move individual scan loactions and place them manually. Sometimes its a lifesaver if you are trying to just use targetless registration and nothing will lock in. You can align it by hand and eye and it'll get really close.
This is a sorely missing feature in ReCAP and could shave HOURS off of autoregistration if you can place scans pretty close to where you think they go and then let ReCAP crunch on it rather than letting it process away for hours on scans it incorrectly places.
