Imported scans do not recognize and do not follow updated origin in ReCap

Once the origin in the Recap project is edited and then some "Scan Regions" are exported, after re-importing the same scan regions into the same project, they are not using the new origin, but they are following the old origin.

In fact, the scan is placed in wrong position. Please see the screencast below:

It looks that scans are exported with the old origin or not taking the origin into account at all.

Ideally, imported scans should recognize the new origin.  

Note: Scan can be readjusted and placed correctly with the manual scan registration process. However, when quite the amount of scans have to be processed it makes the workflow arduous.
