Anyone experiencing recap download of data freezing at 64%?? - Autodesk Community I’m using recap pro to download the blk360 scan data from the iPad to the pc. It’s all up and running until we arrive to 64% of the progress. Than it freezes. Started the process over and over again however it keeps stopping every time it gets to 64%. I finished registering 215 scans brought from a Faro s120, all what I can see is the scan bobbles, no point cloud, I know it is there because I can measure, can someone help.   Show More

Hello,  I have been trying to process the point clouds that I made using the 330x scanner from Faro to no avail. No matter how many times I try, it has not been working at all, i just get an error notifying me that it has failed.
