Put it in recap. Infraworks-in a mode that is really functional requires the Pro purchased option,I know because we've tried the Infraworks Lite that we have with our subscription. We're experimenting with a lesser know product for point clouds known as QT Modeler. Has a very large tool pallet for ground surfaces. Came out of John Hopkins applied physics lab. You should check it out. It's half the cost of most cloud software. http://appliedimagery.com

The cheapest one I have found that works fairly well for "Virtual surveying that is similar to a None CAD person surveying in the field is from QT modeler (John Hopkins Applied Physics Lab.)
