in large buildings with lots of equipment and walls inside it is easy to get lost. Being able to overlay grids would be great.

Grids that could come out of Revit, for sure,

but we would need a kind of XML interface in between Revit, Navisworks and Recap so that we can align girds in between the applications.

also 3rd party tools or even Excel should be able to write the XML description of the grids.
