Create new and append annotations

Playing with the import export annotation function.

 

Ideally need to be able to create new and append the data within the CSV. Would mean creating a unique ID for tag. No ID new tag created.

 

Currently hyperlinks are not exported, would like to see the ability to import and export hyperlinks.
