Bulk Update Cache

I would like ReCap to tell me what scans need their cache updated instead of being surprised, and therefore frustrated, when opening a RealView. I would then like to bulk update the cache of the RealViews instead of having to navigate to each one individually.

It's been a while. I was googling how to do this and didn't find anything. 

I'd rather use lots of storage rather than wait for the cache to update, so adding this feature would be extremely convenient.
