Add missing coordinate systems

At the moment ReCap lacks support for some coordinate systems, that are widely used for distributing point cloud data. It would be helpful if ReCap could support CS such as "NAD83(2011) / Conus Albers" - EPSG 6350, that is used for example to share the lidar point clouds from USGS for entire United States. It would then allow transforming the point cloud data to other coordinate systems characteristic to the regions and states.

ReCap uses the Map 3D Coordinate System Library. If you still need to add NAD83(2011)/Conus Albers-EPSG 6350, you can get it >>>Here<<<.
