Using a PENZD Point File

Trying to bring in a large surveyed point file into ReCap. Drag-n-Dropping the CSV I get
"There are no valid files to import".

In Notepad++ I re-save as a TXT file. Then ReCap seems to accept it. In Text Options it even knows that it's PENZD data. But what if it were PNEZD? How would you get ReCap to swap the X and Y Columns?

In Filtering, I guess you work the clipping from each side toward the middle, but what exactly is "Intensity Clipping"? And what of the mention of "...filter points based on distance..."? Where do I find settings for that? Say I'd like to have points no closer together than 1 meter or 1 foot?

So I hit the gas on this and I get "could not import scan!" "This file will be removed from the project. Please check the file and re-add it to try again."
WTH?
