Unable to successfully download a free to use Recap

I have been a long time user of Recap but recently trialled the Recap PRO which has now come to an end but as a result it will no longer allow me to use Recap at all without paying for a subscription, which I don't need. I only need this to create rcp's from E57, view and interrogate point clouds, is this no longer available?

Thank you for participating in our Community and I am extremely sorry for any inconvenience. I as wondering what version of ReCap Pro you have? Would you be able to share screen capture of this behavior?

Please see attached.

If I click Update it takes me to the Autodesk website to download a trial of ReCAP pro, which I cant use as I have already used this.

Activate wants me to pay for ReCAP pro.

Do you have any suggestions?

Hi @Anonymous,

Looks like you are running older version of ReCap. Please, uninstall from control panel and then try installing from this link then apply following updates:

• Update 4.2.1.7
• Update 4.2.2.15
