unable to create project folder

when creating a project using recap photo mode, i get an error saying "unable to create project folder, please try another drive"

A couple of questions:

1) Are you using an Educational Account? Please PM me your Autodesk ID.

2) Do you have the latest Desktop Connector installed. You can go here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/desktop-connector/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/ENU/...

3) Are you using the latest version of ReCap Photo? If not may I know which version are you using?

I seem to be facing the same "Unable to create project folder" issue in Recap. And am also on an Educational account. Is there a way to resolve this?

Are you able to go to drive.autodesk.com and login with your EDU credentials and manually create a folder there? Could you please PM me your EDU Autodesk ID? I will take a look at your entitlements as well.

I have the same problem creating a project folder using ReCap photo. I also have an education account, and I am able to create a folder online.
