Recommended Workflow for Scan to BIM projects.

Dear Everyone,

Recently I completed one "Scan to BIM" project. in which I had to face a lot of difficulty.

I need guidance for future projects, so please suggest a workflow including software, and processes to follow.

Greetings! Sorry for my English!
What difficulties did you encounter in your first project?
For BIM, a point cloud is usually needed if we are talking about laser scanning.
If about photogrammetry, then the result should be an orthophotomap, a DEM and a point cloud.
Highlights:
1. All data must be in a true geodetic coordinate system - this is very important for BIM coordination of all sections of the project, including surveys.
2. The point cloud should be colored.
3. Ideal if it will be classified.
These are the highlights. Customer requirements may vary depending on the project.
